T O governo polimento limita estritamente o acesso à energia da comunidade. Isso deve ser tratado e aprimorado urgentemente no NECP atualizado.
- As cooperativas de energia não podem ser criadas nas cidades polonesas. Não estar preparado para a implantação maciça de fontes de energia renovável. Já há momentos em que as instalações RES são cortadas da grade, porque a energia adicional que eles geram é considerada muito alta. Como conseqüência, os proprietários privados são desencorajados para produzir mais energia renovável do que usam. Como resultado, a maioria dos habitantes do país recebe geograficamente a oportunidade de estabelecer comunidades de energia.

The Polish energy system is said to be unprepared for massive deployment of renewable energy sources. There are already times when RES installations are cut out from the grid, because the additional power they generate is said to be too high. The government hides behind this misconception, withholding intensive investment in private and community renewable installations in Poland. As a consequence, private owners are discouraged to produce more renewable energy than they use.
In truth, balanced energy production and consumption could be reached on the community level, but the government does not allow energy communities to flourish too quickly and everywhere. Currently, energy cooperatives can only be created outside city areas – i.e. in rural municipalities. As a result, most of the country’s inhabitants are geographically denied the opportunity to set up energy communities.
